Gilder Lehrman Institute History Scholarship 2025

When you study at Gettysburg College, you’re participating in traditions predating even the iconic battle that gave the town its notoriety and historical significance. Before the Civil War and thereafter, the college has stood as a beacon of intellectualism and socially responsible citizenship. The Gilder Lehrman History Scholarship is designed to recognize outstanding first-year applicants to Gettysburg College who are interested in the study of history. Each year, Gettysburg College will provide a select number of scholarships at $48,000 per year for four years.
